Yankee Spirits has two convenient pickup options when you order and pay online: curbside pickup and in-store pickup.

  • [NEW] Curbside Pickup: Avoid the crowds and skip waiting in line. We'll conveniently bring your order out to your vehicle. Here is what you need to do: Place your order online. When your order is ready, we'll notify you via email. When you are in our parking lot, call the Yankee Spirits location you selected. Be sure to have your driver's license ready to confirm your age and identity. Everyone in your vehicle must be of drinking age with a photo ID (or clearly be children). There is no charge for curbside pickup.
  • Pick Up In-Store: At your convenience, arrive at the Yankee Spirits you select, and we'll grab your order for you. Here is what you need to do: Place your order online. When your order is ready, we'll notify you via email. When you arrive in the store, visit any register or the wine desk and let them know you're there to pick up an order you placed online. Be sure to have your driver's license ready to confirm your age and identity. We reserve the right to check IDs of anyone in your vehicle if they appear underage. There is no charge for in-store pickup.

With your minimum order of $350, Yankee Spirits offers free delivery of wine, beer, or spirits to these counties: Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Worcester. Yankee Spirits continues to offer the delivery of wine anywhere in Massachusetts via Federal Express Ground with an adult signature. Please allow 2-3 days for transit. Sorry, we are unable to ship out-of-state, nor can we send beer or spirits.

  • Age & Signature Required: You must be at least 21 years old to order alcoholic beverages from our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 and can provide proof of legal age upon receipt of the shipment. Without a proper signature, we will be unable to complete your delivery.
  • Best Way to Ship: We recommend shipping to an alternative address such as your place of business or using the evening delivery option if you are unlikely to be home during the day.

  • Errors & Omissions: While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Yankee Spirits is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions.
  • Protective Packaging: We package your wine in protective inserts designed to prevent breakage. This packaging does not protect from extended exposure to heat. During the warmer months, it is the customer's responsibility to schedule shipments to ensure items aren't damaged by extreme weather. It is also important to note, Federal Express does not insure wine against heat damage.
  • Out of Stock: We make every attempt to keep our online inventory accurate and up-to-date, but occasionally we run out of items unexpectedly. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you. No article or vintage substitutions will be made without the customer's express permission. If we are unsuccessful at contacting you to discuss your order, our policy is to ship only the available items and adjust the shipping charges accordingly. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
  • Returns: Your satisfaction is our first priority. Yankee Spirits guarantees the quality of all our products and services. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. No refunds will be made after 30 days have elapsed from the date on which the item was delivered. Customers should retain all boxes, and packing materials in case items need to be returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of lost or damaged orders. Consistent with industry standards, wines that are more than 10 years old are purchased at the buyer's risk and are non-returnable.
  • Limited Liability: Yankee Spirits is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to change prices and/or correct pricing errors at any time.
