La Guardiense Janare Falanghina del Sannio

Straw yellow. The nose gives a characteristic fruity aroma of considerable intensity. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, acidity and flavor are well balanced leading to a brilliantly incisive finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with delicate appetizers, tomato-based pastas, risottos, fish carpaccio, fresh cheeses.
