Mc CHOUFFE is our resident hothead. Starting off with its alluring ruby-red hues and a lively, frothy head, it leads you on an exciting taste adventure of aniseed, liquorice and caramel, blending a pleasant mouthfeel with a balanced depth and colour. Keep on track, and you’ll reach the final hint of pear and a deliciously light bitterness. At 8% ABV, this one’s for the daredevils. Delicious served with roast chicory and mushrooms, Parma ham, bacon, grilled entrecôte, salmon, mussels and oysters, crusted goat's cheese.
