The unashamedly bright pink rosé 2019 Txakoli Rosado is produced in a similar way to the white, a little mellower and also with some five grams of sugar but less acidity than the white. It's also showing the recent bottling in the shape of sulfur-like reductive aromas that hide most of the aromas. The palate has fine tickling bubbles and red fruit flavors with more noticeable sweetness than the white.

A big, ripe rosé that brings the fruit, the 2019 Rosado sports deep ruby hue as well as a big, boisterous style in its ripe strawberry, candied cherry, and watermelon-like aromas and flavors. It's a solid tapas wine to enjoy over the coming year.
