The 2015 Oceana Chablis is scented of green apples, white peaches and lemon zest with hints of crushed stones and chalk dust. Light to medium-bodied, the palate has great freshness cutting through a lovely intensity of citrus and apple flavors, finishing with persistent mineral and herbal notes. Drinking well now, I anticipate this will cellar a good four to five years.

Starting out and from the Chablis region of France, the 2015 Oceana Chablis is a crisp, clean, pure Chardonnay that was brought up all in stainless steel. While it doesn't fall under the purview of this report, I was able to taste it in the lineup from Secret Indulgence and it's well worth your time and money. This medium-bodied, elegant beauty gives up lots of white flowers, citrus and oyster shell notes in its balanced, lengthy personality. It will keep for 4-5 years.
