We conditioned our sour ale with intense, juicy grapefruit, zesty lime, pink Himalayan sea salt and let it rest for quite some time in first use tequila barrels. It hits hard with the taste of fresh grapefruit upfront, followed with a salty lime finish and a slight touch of oaky tequila on the very back end.
