This single-malt whisky is matured in former Bourbon and Sherry casks, hence the double cask name. Look for a tawny hue and a bold orange-peel fragrance. The palate is soft and smoky, leading into candied orange peel, vanilla and spice box, winding into a smoky finish.

Employing both bourbon and European oak sherry casks, the aromas show an array of spices, red berries, cherry, fresh strawberry, honey, grist, malted milk, and oak shavings, with hints of grapefruit and watermelon.
