Night Shift Brewing Whirlpool

Explosively juicy, Whirlpool pours hazy blond with notes of ripe peach and clementine. Each sip is a vortex of smooth, citrusy hops, swirling you in layers of refreshment. Both vibrant and crushable, Whirlpool is the perfect “anytime” beer, and the ideal companion for your next adventure. We first brewed Whirlpool in 2014 as a 60 gallon test batch. The goal – make a beer with lots of fruity hop flavor and minimal bitterness. We used a new technique during the brew’s “whirlpool” process to achieve this goal. When that first batch sold out immediately, we knew we’d created something special. Today, Whirlpool’s unique, namesake technique is still used in every batch made. The beer is loaded with Mosaic and Ella hops for explosive juiciness, while wheat and oats provide one hazy, soft sip after the next.
