Method and Madness Single Pot Still irish Whiskey

A Single Pot Still whiskey aged in chestnut casks, a combination of what we've always done in Midleton and what we've never tried before. It's not often we stray from the traditional oak, but one sip suggests it was well worth the deviation. Tasting Notes: On the nose, red liquorice laces, fresh rosemary and mint, grated root ginger. Tastes of sweet fruit and spice, cinnamon toast, ripe banana. The finish is aromatic green tea, dissipating fruit and spice, and rich wood farewell.
