A firm version, with a fine mousse, this elegant Cava offers a delicate underpinning of smoky minerality woven with detailed notes of steeped peach and raspberry fruit, pickled ginger and blood orange zest. Macabeo and Parellada. Drink now through 2025. 25,000 cases made, 9,000 cases imported.

The Non-Vintage Reserva Heredad is made entirely from 2006 fruit, Macabeo 67% and Parellada 33%. It is essentially a vintage selection of the best fruit from a given year. Mineral, smoked nuts, green apple, and floral notes inform the nose leading to a crisp, refreshing, nicely proportioned Cava that will provide pleasure for another 1-2 years.

Briny citrus aromas sit side by side with notes of celery stalk and tropical fruits. This brut is simple in feel, with a mild to flat bubble bead. Dry, lightly bready flavors of white fruits and vanilla are a bit toasty on the finish.
