Made with Williams pears from the southwest of France, this limited-edition bottling offers a slightly sweet aroma that mixes apples and pear with a resin-like note. There's plenty of pear on the rounded palate, though the resiny note appears again, plus a drying dose of alcohol heat. More pear flavor turns up on the exhale. Only 10,000 bottles produced per year.
