Mass Whole is an American lager brewed with a whole lot of Massachusetts ingredients. The hops are from Four Star Farms in Northfield, MA and the barley and heirloom corn come from Valley Malt in Hadley, MA. This beer is clear, light straw with effervescent bubbles and light lacing on clear foam. Aromas of bread, corn, fruity lager yeast, and hints of citrus. Flavors of light biscuit, lemon, sweet corn on the finish, crisp, hints of fruity esters. Pair with buffalo wings, risotto, and brie.
