Our 2018 Sauvignon blanc is a crisp and refreshing wine with a very pale color and an elegant green tint. Exotic aromas of lychee, pomelo and kiwi set this Sauvignon apart from its New Zealand counterparts. The palate surprises with a soft fleshy entrance and traditional flavors of grapefruit, lime, and green apple which defines the varietal character. The zingy acidity carries along a stony minerality, making it a perfect accompaniment to shellfish, poultry, fresh fish, or just in a glass by itself.
