This well-cut, mouthwatering Champagne shows some toast, with hints of grilled nut and spice lacing the white cherry and blood orange granita flavors as they ride the satiny mousse and minerally finish. Drink now through 2023.

A soft, finely integrated wine with ripe apple fruits and a crisp citrus texture. With its creamy mousse and lively final acidity this nonvintage cuvée is ready to drink. Palmer is the brand name for a grouping of seven growers.

Tasted from magnum, the latest release of Palmer's NV Brut Réserve is also performing well, offering up notes of citrus oil, honeycomb, nectarine and brioche. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly textured and vibrant, with ripe but racy acids, fine depth at the core and a delicately chalky finish. This is a very good effort from this quality-conscious cooperative.
