The name indicates one of the athletic gestures of the "Balon", the most traditional sport of these hills. The Arcass, the ricaccio, expresses the indomitable peasant pride, able to respond, blow by blow, to every difficulty. It has a beautiful bright amber color. The nose is given off by releasing delicious and clear aromas, with aromatic prevalence of dried figs, dates, acacia honey and citrus. Harmoniously sweet and fresh in the mouth
